For more than 15 years, I've worked in the space between a leadership decision and the moment it actually changes how people work. It's where most transformations stall, and where the right mix of structure, practicality, and attention to people makes the difference.
Background
Most recently, I was a Director at Propeller, a management consulting firm, where I led AI change initiatives, operating model redesigns, and organization design engagements for senior executives at Fortune 500 companies. I also led client relationships and helped shape new engagements from the first conversation.
I’ve partnered with leaders across HR, Procurement, Marketing, and IT, which means I can quickly get up to speed on how your function works and what it needs to deliver for the business. Whether I’m streamlining how Procurement contracts and pays, or rethinking how HR supports a changing workforce, I focus on the practical changes that make a team more effective.
I also speak and facilitate on change and organizational effectiveness. At ACMP’s national conference, I led more than 300 change practitioners through an interactive workshop, and I regularly work with leadership teams on collaboration, decision-making, and creative problem solving.
Before Propeller, I ran my own consulting practice, and I've returned to independent work to give clients senior attention on every part of the engagement, with solutions built for their organization rather than pulled from a playbook.
What I believe
Adoption is designed, not announced. If people don't change how they work, nothing has changed. That's true of a reorg and doubly true of AI.
Practical beats perfect. The best solution is the one your organization can actually implement, sequenced so it builds momentum.
Structure should serve the work. Org charts and operating models are tools, not the goal. The right design is the one that helps people make good decisions and get the work done.
